The addition of the initial version of email at the user level includes the following features

View the details of an email along with all its replies

Ability to reply, reply to all , and forward an email

The addition of the initial version of ticketing at the service level includes the following features

The possibility of defining a new schema for the company

Ability to edit existing schemas

Ability to define, edit labels

View the list of sent and received tickets

Send a new ticket with labels

View details of a ticket

Ability to reply and reply to all in one ticket

Ability to forward a ticket

The calendar feature has been added to both the user level and the corporate level.

A new widget has been added to the mobile version, allowing users to easily change the layout of schema

The widget for categorizing notes on the mobile version has been fixed at both the corporate and user levels
